  2. Core the apples from the top, leaving bottom intact.
  3. Mix honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl.
  4. Place apples in a baking dish, fill each core with chopped walnuts, and drizzle honey mixture over.
  5. Add 3 tbsp water to the baking dish.
  6. Bake uncovered for 18–20 minutes until apples are tender and caramelized.
  7. Serve warm with a spoonful of Greek yogurt if desired.
